Marc Maron's WTF & Kevin Pollak's Chat Show . . . both have well-respected comedians interviewing other well-respected comedians (or comic actors, or writers) in a one-on-one format. For comedy nerds, they're an embarrassment of riches. (That means they're f--kin' great!) Kevin Pollak's is a bit more showbizzy, more old-school, like a funnier Charlie Rose show, a bit more...genteel, perhaps?....while Marc Maron's no-holds-barred-angst can be rivetting or draining in turn, or drainingly rivetting. Can't recommend them enoof!

Our Host visits his charmingly eccentric shrinkatrist, Dr. Alucard, and we provide an update on the Bee Situation. Guests stars: the Amazing Betty and Anne Dugan (in the Back-2-School piece), and Dawn Gillings (in our game show) Special thanks: an amusing blog called The Skeptical Teacher, whence came the show graphic. And welcome to the humorous website Polite Company Magazine! |
